PROGRAM 02 · STERN INTERNAL TRANSFER
The Internal Transfer Mentorship Program is a five-month program that pairs students with a mentor who has successfully transferred to Stern. We offer tailored, end-to-end support, from course registration and academic planning to crafting each student's transfer story. Since launching in 2023, we have helped 12 students transfer to Stern, about half of all participants.

The Internal Transfer Mentorship Program launched during my freshman year at NYU. My mentors guided me through my transfer with honest feedback and advice, one of the most impactful milestones of my academic career and the start of my journey with KOBHS. I've been deeply grateful to lead the mentorship program since my junior year, turning one of my proudest accomplishments into a greater purpose for the KOBHS community.
Through William Kim's mentorship, I joined the Internal Transfer Mentorship Program. His advice was instrumental in opening a major door in my NYU life, and I owe him much for where I am today, along with the entire KOBHS family who believed in me; I hope to give someone else the same assurance and sense of belonging someday.
